Standard Returns (Unopened Products)
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason, provided the product remains unopened and sealed.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you receive the goods or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

90-Day Performance Guarantee (Opened Products)
We stand behind the effectiveness of our supplements. If you don't notice any benefits after using our products as directed, we offer a 90-day performance guarantee.
To qualify for a refund under our performance guarantee:
- You must have used the product consistently for at least 60 days
- You must contact us within 90 days of receiving your order
- You must provide details about your experience and usage
We believe our supplements work, but we understand that results can vary. If you've given our products a fair trial and haven't experienced the benefits you expected, we'll refund your purchase.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or unsealed supplement bottles
- Products whose seal has been broken (unless claiming under our 90-day performance guarantee)
- Products past their expiration date
- Custom or personalized orders
Refund Processing
We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we approve your return or performance guarantee claim. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. As the seller, we assume the transport risk for returns. A refund will only be processed once we have received the returned goods or proof of delivery.
Refund Timeline
Once we have received and approved your return or performance guarantee claim, you can expect the refund in your account within 5 working days.
